Topic Summary - The Needle That Barely Moves!

My advice is, forget about Employee Engagement! You are probably wondering why would a seasoned HR Professional say that?

Employee Engagement is a lot like a jigsaw puzzle.  To say that it is complex is truly an understatement! There are many parts that need to fit together for you to see the bigger picture and simply having cool perks in your office with no underlying values or mission is not going to cut it.  Having a meaningful mission without offering employees the right incentives to motivate them would also miss the boat.

This Luncheon is designed to elevate your awareness about the following:

    • Why after 15 years of working with Employee Engagement, Gallup still reports that “less than one-third of U.S. employees have been engaged in their jobs and workplaces!”
    • What does it mean when an employee says s/he is FINE.
    • What are employees truly seeking.
    • Why most of the perks and incentives have barely moved the needle of Engagement in most organizations.
    • Going back to the basics: “New” ways of looking at Employee Engagement
