Give Peace a Chance

There is more diversity than ever, from the standard definition of the word to generational differences, to polarizing personalities!  Hear how to create a Positive Workplace Environment and Teamwork in all situations, including solving conflict with others. Also, how you decrease stress at work, and a new understanding of how to keep harassment out of the workplace. Learn all the tools you need to keep the Peace!

Attendees will gain knowledge on how to build a team that includes dicersity, how to effectively resolve conflict and how to keep harassment out of the workplace.

Mike Henke

Mike Henke's passion for building strong teams led to the creation of Mike Henke Inc, and he works with organizations throughout the country in the areas of Leadership Training, Recruiting & Retention, and Positive Workplace Environment.  Mike has created over 50 training programs and has presented over 1000 sessions, is a former SHRM Chapter President, and presented at 4 SHRM State Conferences in 2017!
