About Us

    The Frontier Human Resource Association (FHRA) serves the Cheyenne area, Human Resource professionals, by providing networking, education, and resources designed to enhance professional growth and development.

    The Chapter is committed to advancing the human resource profession and the capabilities of all human resource professionals to ensure that HR is an essential and effective partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.

    FHRA works actively to bring experience and new ideas together by focusing on practices and research in all areas of the HR field, supporting the field as a profession, and promoting personal interaction among local individuals.

    We offer an opportunity to meet your peers to exchange ideas and discuss problems through monthly lunch meetings, half-day special events, legal updates and website information.

    FHRA is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM is the world's largest association devoted to human resource management. Representing more than 331,000 individual members, the Society's mission is to serve the needs of HR professionals by providing the most essential and comprehensive resources available.
