FHRA Partner Program

The FHRA Partners program provides an opportunity for organizations to support FHRA’s monthly meetings and programs*. It is also a valuable opportunity to connect to and network with the business and HR professionals in our Chapter.  FHRA Partners can benefit from this program in many ways:

    • Advanced announcement and recognition in the FHRA monthly meeting notice on the FHRA website.
    • Display of company logo/branding on event marketing materials.
    • Social media recognition/marketing through various platforms.
    • Opportunity to provide a “5-minute commercial” at the beginning of the sponsored meeting to provide information regarding the Partner’s product or service.
    • One display table made available in the meeting room to display company literature, banner, etc., if desired. Partners may also have a company representative at the table to answer questions and provide information to Chapter members during lunch service and after conclusion of programming.
    • Opportunity to place marketing materials and informational flyers on dining tables in the meeting room (at Partner’s expense).
    • FHRA will cover the meal cost for one Partner representative (additional representatives are welcome to purchase a meal at the non-member rate).
    • FHRA Partner requests must be submitted to FHRA no later than the 1st day of the month in which the sponsored meeting/program is held.
    • FHRA Partner tables must be set up by 11:15 a.m. for regular meetings and at least 20 minutes in advance of the start time for special events.

*FHRA Partner sponsorship is $100 for regular meetings (per meeting sponsored); special event sponsorship pricing will be based on the event.
