Difficult Conversations
We’ll discuss what makes certain conversations difficult and how different personalities approach difficult conversations. Attendees will learn about some strategies to consider when planning for a difficult conversation and we’ll talk about templates and other tools that we can use to prepare for difficult conversations.
Speaker Info
Lucy is the coordinator for the Wyoming Agriculture & Natural Resources Mediation Program. She assists agricultural producers and land managers in using mediation to resolve a wide variety of disputes. She also provides mediators for workplace conflicts. Lucy has a B.S. in Animal Science and an MPA from the University of Wyoming. She is a certified mediator and conducts training in mediation, negotiation and conflict management.
Lunch will be catered by Perkins; Chef Wrap with iced tea or lemonade.
