Solutions that Work to Manage Individual and Employee Health
Presenter Alice Burron has created and manage many Workforce Wellness Programs.In this presentation you will learn the following:
- Challenges with current population health management an parallels with individual health challenges
- List short term and long term solutions to meet those challenges
- Determine low cost and high cost strategies
- Identify Corporate Cultures and how to integrate a wellness program into thos cultures
- Q & A - what do you feel are the individual and pospulation health challenges facing our workforce?
Speaker- Alice Burron, Welness Expert
- Alice creates targeted solutions to help both individuals and companies improve health and bottom line, based on 20 years of expereince as a personal trainer, exercise physiologist, and certified worksite wellness program manager. She is currently a personal trainer , health coach, and works as a strategic health improvement specialist at Cigna Health Care as a Client Engagement Manager for large employer groups in Wyoming, Colorado and Utah. She is also a published author of a fitness book.
Lunch will be served: An assortment of salads, iced tea, and water.
