Human Resources Business Partner Opening
The HRBP administers and supports human resources activity, including, but not limited to, maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations; recruiting; providing assistance to employees regarding human resources-related topics; supporting the performance review program; and salary administration. The HRBP partners with the business to drive business results and best possible outcomes while maintaining HR best practices.
This particular HRBP role will interface heavily with H&H's Legal Assistants, to facilitate team structure and processes. Experience at a law firm is helpful, although not necessary. This role focuses heavily on recruiting, employee relations, compensation, performance management and special projects.
