Magic City Enterprises is looking for a Business Manager - is it you?
Business manager oversees the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate new employees; oversee the accounting office and ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial goals. Assist in developing and implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the company complies with company policies. Ensure workers have the resources to complete their work.
- Responsible for daily oversight of accounting and Human Resources Departments.
- Prior Human Resources experience to include, recruitment, benefit administration, applicant screening, conflict resolution.
- Ensure the organization stays with applicable State and Federal regulations for operations.
- Prepare and distribute annual reports. Analyze the workforce for possible improvements and efficiencies. Administer the organization FMLA program.
- Assist in the revision and development of Human Resources policies.
- Prior accounting experience required to include AP, AR, General Ledger and banking practices.
- Supervise accounting office staff.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets.
- Responsible for contributing to the corporate strategic growth plan via annual business audits.
