• Starting salary: $39,730-$45,689

• The Lead Career Services Specialist counsels students in meaningful career exploration and career development process including: administer and interpret career assessments; provide guidance concerning professional preparation and strategies including assistance with resume building, interview skills, and job search resources; develop and deliver innovative presentations to internal student, staff, and faculty audiences; collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to promote career exploration and planning; and work with employers, academic program advisory committees, and faculty to develop internship and job opportunities. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining the strategic goals of the Career Center and any related administrative duties. This position may supervise professional and student positions within the Career Center.         ​
