Are you our next HR Generalist?
The job description will give you a very good idea of this role. However, in short, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional who is able to operate across the major functions of HR. This includes: HRIS/data management, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits/compensation analysis. The ideal candidate will be organized, experienced, technologically savvy, and a dedicated strategist and planner. Enthusiasm, creativity, collaborative spirit, and a can-do attitude are also essential.
Experience/education requirements for the position: 4-year degree in related field, plus 3-5 years of human resources experience... or equivalent experience. Education industry experience and PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Salary and time off: Starting wage for this position is $45,159-$57,206 (placement will be based on years of applicable experience). You will also receive 14 paid holidays, 25 paid days off, and 16 sick days annually.
