    Director of Human Resources & Risk Manager

    Job Location:

    Casper, Wyoming 

     

    Job Summary:

    This position will primarily focus on a managerial responsibility for the Authority’s human resources, risk management and policies and procedures. Successful candidate must display considerable knowledge of all human resource management functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, record-keeping, federal reporting requirements (ACA), recruitment and selection, staff evaluation, development and training, policies and procedures. Experience in conducting analysis, research, development and implementation of policy and procedure documents; strategic planning; and analytical research techniques to ensure compliance on legal issues which impact all aspects of the Authority’s operations is required.

     

    Education and Experience Required

    Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in related field; with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
    This is a full time position with competitive salary and benefits.  Successful completion of credit, background, reference, and drivers checks are required.
