Human Resource Specialist, HRIS & Records Management
Job Summary: Fulfillment of the operational and tactical aspects of Human Resource services specializing on those related to any and all Human Resource Information System(s) and Records Management. Tasking may include:

Administering and effectively maintaining Human Resource Information System(s) (e.g., Datatel/Colleague system, Adjunct database, and other various software/databases as needed)

Utilizing records and compiling reports from databases for HR performance measure purposes

College-wide continuous improvement efforts

Supporting staffing planning activities

Organizational staffing assessments
-
IPEDS/Affirmative Action reporting requirements, as well as any other HR related metrics

Serving as primary Specialist regarding overall HR records management to include records retention, storage, electronic conversions (if applicable), storage format, annual internal auditing processing, etc.

Also serving as primary Specialist regarding HR records compliance including federal and state hiring reports (i.e., IPEDS), etc.

Conducting research and special projects on HR-related topics as assigned
