    Human Resources Administrator

We are a growing company headquartered in Cheyenne, WY looking for a Human Resources (HR) Administrator who has a passion for talent and shaping culture, especially in the midmarket  (100+ employees). In addition, experience with multi-site offices, in both being familiar with employment law and keeping geographically separated locations unified is a plus.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to know about HR functions and roles, and be able to develop policies and programs around:

    • Employment interviewing
    • Wage and salary administration
    • Personnel administration (records & reports)
    • Training & safety
    • Labor relations
    • Employee satisfaction measures

However, to really thrive in this role, you’ll need to

    • Adapt to a technical environment staffed with engineers and technicians
    • Have an open door policy for all employees, regardless of rank or job function
    • Be strategic about people and understand that successful talent acquisition is about more than butts in chairs
    • Have ideas of your own and the moxie to implement them
    • Like the color green, because there is a lot of it in the office
    • Want to live in Cheyenne, Wyoming

As a company, we would not have grown 100% year over year without our people. We’ve bootstrapped our way past being a startup to successfully compete against some of the largest players in our industry. We work hard, but we also enjoy happy hour (Cheyenne has a kegerator filled with a customer’s beer), barbeques, and baseball games.

Relocation is available for the right candidate.

    Job Class:        Manager, Non Supervisory
