    Employee Benefits and Their Effect on Engagement and Retention - Panel Discussion

    This panel discussion will include information on benefits provided by a variety of private and public sectors in the Cheyenne area and throughout the state of Wyoming.  They will explore benefit offerings, which are vital to the recruiting and retention of top talent.. The discussion will include traditional benefit offerings including medical, dental, life insurance etc..

    As well as benefits that are less traditional becoming more common and in higher demand by employees including mental health benefits, expanded PTO, and flexible work schedules.

    The panel will provide insight into the effect that robust benefits have on recruiting and retention within their organization, how employees access benefit offerings, and resources for expanding benefits.

    This panel discussion will provide specific benefit offerings, which participants can compare with their organizations to assist in determining marketplace competitiveness.  

    We will also provide resources for participants to research and recommend expanded benefits to their organizations to support recruitment and retention efforts in the workplaces they support.
