    Speaker

Kat Parmer – Employee On-Boarding Specialties, LLC

Kat worked in Occupational Safety for many years before completing her bachelor degree in nursing 10 years ago and opening Employee On-Boarding 6 years ago here in Cheyenne. EOS provides employers with a one-stop place to send employees for most occupational health needs, to include drug and alcohol testing. Kat is working on a masters degree in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nursing, allowing her to practice as a nurse practitioner in Wyoming. EOS has become one of the fastest growing businesses in the sate of Wyoming, winning the Spirit of Wyoming award in 2016. EOS has focused on just what employers need to satisfy both DOT and OSHA health requirements for employees in the greater Cheyenne area. Their mission is to provide employers with efficient and affordable testing services to promote safe and healthy work environments for the citizens of Cheyenne and surrounding areas. A mobile audio, respiratory fit and pulmonary function testing unit is in the process of being built, to be done by the end of May, allowing their services to be carried on-site, expediting testing without taking employees off the jobsite, saving money for the employers.

Chef's choice lunch will be served; vegetarian and gluten free menu options available (please request dietary accommodations when registering for the event).
