    PROGRAM:

EEOC and The Strategic Enforcement Plan

Presentation: The EEOC has a new Director in Colorado whose enforcement powers also cover Wyoming. Part of his job will be enforcing the EEOC’s current Strategic Enforcement Plan, which is good through 2016. He has expressed (according to EEOC statistics) that Wyoming is 50th out of 50 states for equal pay, and, he will be looking closely at Wyoming employers with regard to equal pay and other elements of the Strategic Enforcement Plan. We will discuss the content of the current Strategic Enforcement Plan, and its impact on Wyoming employers. We will also discuss tools available through MSEC to help prevent your organization from being targeted, and to help you if your organization is targeted.
