Striking Out the Status Quo - 3 Ways to Crush Your Healthcare Out of the Park
America, we have a problem. A healthcare problem. Managing benefits today can feel like playing a rigged game where the odds are stacked against you. Employers are caught in the middle of a complex and broken system controlled by healthcare providers, insurance companies, and brokers. Employers are paying more for deteriorating benefits while employees are frustrated and confused, significantly impacting the bottom line. In the presentation, Andy will open the eyes of the audience by sharing alarming statistics about the healthcare and health insurance industries while providing proven solutions that will help human resources teams reduce the cost of healthcare and improve the overall health benefits package.
Presenter - Andy Neary, Healthcare Strategist, VolkBell
Andy has over 14 years of experience in helping employers impact the rising cost of health care through innovative strategies. His strategies help employers cut through the complexity of a broken healthcare system and lead to enhanced benefits, empowered employees, and reduced insurance costs. Andy is a former pitcher in the Milwaukee Brewers organization and mixes his experience as a professional athlete with his expertise in healthcare to create a fun and informative learning experience.
Lunch will be a taco bar - including your choice of chicken or beef, as well as a vegetarian option. Sides include guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and hard and soft tortilla shells. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions, and we will try to accomodate.

- There will be a 50/50 raffle, with half of the proceeds going toward the SHRM Foundation. Tickets are $1.00/each or six (6) for $5.00.
